Returns & Exchanges
We’ve made it simple for you and free to initiate an online return. Simply enter your information and order details using the below form to begin your return. Heads up, you’ll need to send back your items within 30 days of receiving them.

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Orders may not be returned or refunded if purchased by employees or affiliates of a competitive company.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
